If you bought a PlayStation 4 during the first year of it's release, then congratulations, you are oficially a beta tester of the console. Multiple users report problems with their save data, which also crashes the console. They recieve an error "CE-34878-0" and it seems that it's not related with any specific game.
Sony's advice for now is:
Step 1: Close the application, install the latest system software and game update, and restart the system.
Step 2: If the error occurs again, back up your saved data, and then go to [Settings] > [Initialization] and choose [Initialize PS4].
